This design carries with it a message anyone with a learners or licence to drive really needs to hear and understand as it saves lives. The design features a cartoon car driving down the road in the snow, when it approaches a stop sign going too fast and knocks down a snowman when his crossing the road. Had the driver slowed down the snowman would still be alive. The design is a sketchart26 original and was designed on Wednesday 25th of May 2011.
