Every day on our roads we see young people displaying their L plates and learning to drive. But we also see more experienced drivers having a go at them for being too slow on the road or simply making an error as they learn. This yellow cartoon car, which is smiling and displays the text “Be Understanding to Learners” aims to remind people to be understanding to learner drivers as more accidents happen when people are abusive.
