Sketchart26 Fine Arts and Photos Zazzle Blog Presents the latest Sales at Sketchart26 Fine Arts and Photos – You’re My Sweetie - Dragon Happy New Year


It is always such a delight to wake up in the morning and come to your pc to check your emails and learn you have had a sale on your Zazzle store. But what is even more delightful is when you log into your zazzle store and have a look at where your products are going. It is such a buzz to know that somewhere in California is one of my “You’re My Sweetie” Valentines cards. I really hope that the person it was brought thought really enjoys it and I thank the customer that brought it for them.

I described the card as:

You're My Sweetie

You’re My Sweetie was designed on Monday 25th January 2010 from my imagination. It is the original art work of Sketchart26. It was designed using a couple different programs – Microsoft Publisher and Irfan View. The design features two grey elephants and one is passing the other a pink rose. The little one receiving the rose has two different shades of pick hearts above his head. The Design also features the text “You’re My Sweetie” on it. It is now featured on products under the categories of Apparel, Accessories. For The Office, For The Home, Cards and Postage, Posters and Prints and Unique Gifts. Most products are customizable. But it doesn’t end there people. I also had another sale this time selling a copy of my “Dragon Happy New Year” Postcard to a customer in New York. So a big thanks to this customer. I was truly delighted to learn of this news.

Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year


Chinese New Year or Spring Festival is the most significant and largest part and of the long-established Chinese holidays. It is on occasion referred to as the “Lunar New Year” by English speaking countries. The festival customarily takes place the first day of the month in the Chinese calendar and ends on the 15th day. They referred to this day as “Lantern Festival”. Chinese New Year’s Eve also known as “Chu xi” simply means “Year-pass Eve”.


The foundation of Chinese New Year is itself centuries old and gains importance for more than a few myths and customs. Ancient Chinese New Year is a manifestation on how the citizens conduct themselves and what they accept as true.

Dragon Fantasy

Dragon Fantasy was designed on Thursday 4th February 2010. It is the original art work of Sketchart26. Dragon Fantasy is sketched from my imagination using graphite and then uploaded to the pc and digitally painted using IrfanView. The design features two tigers lying in the snow with the hills and trees in the distance.
