An emotional twist to being part of The Zazzle Community

An emotional twist to being part of The Zazzle Community

The other day I received an email from Tammy And Mummy Zazzle store to let me know that had written something about me in their blog. Naturally I was excited and went over to take a look. I was blown away with the story I was meet with in front of me. I wanted so much to share this with all of you so wrote Tammy And Mummy to ask their permission. They were both more than happy for me to share it with you all.

The reason I really wanted to share it with you all is so often we take things in life for granted or we prejudge things and not really give them a second though. As you all know I originally started this blog to help advertise my own products but also anyone Else's from the Zazzle community as well. When I first started this I never really stopped to think of the importance of this or the very impact these actions might have on others lives. And what I learned thanks to Tammy And Mummy and reading their wonderful write up was the very effect each and everyone of us have on each other on an on going basis without even realizing and and also how powerful our social networking can be. This article that Tammy And Mummy wrote really highlights how powerful we as individuals all are. But it also highlights how each and every one of us can make a change in our own lives and other's just simply by reading, listening, understanding and allowing ourselves to care about others. So this is why I wanted to share with you this amazing little store about a little girl and her mummy in Singapore.

Why I love Zazzle

So creating and maintaining an online shop is not easy, but I have to say creating my TammyAndMummy zazzle shop is probably the best thing I gave my daughter. There are so many things I love about zazzle. But the one thing that I love most is the network of support from fellow zazzlers.
TammyAndMummy
Honestly, in the world of internet business, you get a sense that people are out there to make a quick buck from you. Because information is money, you find internet marketers who will only sell you information for money. But I really have to commend the zazzle community – they help advertise your site and products, they encourage one another and are genuinely happy when someone makes a sale. Most importantly, they freely share information with one another – it may be giving advice on how to better promote your site or sharing a good instructional video they came across. Never have I seen a community of people with such big hearts. I often tell Tammy that she is so lucky to “meet” such people, most of whom are halfway across the world from us.
For instance, one fellow zazzler, Rose from SketchArt26 was the first to give us our big break by giving us a small feature on her blog SketchArt26 Fine Arts & Photos (featuring TammyAndMummy shop) when we first started out. And when we made our first sale on zazzle, she kindly featured us again in her blog SketchArt26 Fine Arts & Photos (sale of Tammy’s sticker).
Another fellow zazzler, Princess from Princess Portraits found out Tammy was actually trying to make some money by selling products from our zazzle shop so that she can get herself a scooter for her birthday (sadly, Tammy didn’t meet her target). So what Princess did was rally some fellow artists to buy Tammy a scooter and helmet (I appreciate that they thought about the safety aspect. That was really a nice gesture.) and had them shipped all the way from US to Singapore! The shipping alone for the scooter and helmet cost more than USD100! You can imagine how shocked I was when the parcel arrived. I have never seen a greater act of encouragement from a stranger whom we’ve never met. Tammy still doesn’t know about the surprise as we’re waiting for her to come home to unwrap the present – it’s her birthday today!
There are so many other acts of kindness from the other zazzlers.
So there you have it. We love you zazzle, for showing us that in the world of internet business, there is still a community of people with big hearts and who are genuinely keen to  help others.

We Made Our First Sale

I'd also like to say a big:

Happy Belated Birthday Tammy for the 6th of July
I so hope you had a wonderful day with your family and Friends
and know how very loved you are from all your friends here at the Sketchart26 Zazzle Blog

Thank you to both you and your mummy for helping to open my eyes and I hope many others.
