No Speeding or Spells Apply is a cartoon of a witch flying on her broom with a sign stating “No peeing or Spells Apply” on it. The design was designed Tuesday the 13th of September 2011. It is suitable for all ages and is a Sketchy-Toons original. Some of the products can be customized.
